17/02/2009 - day 9

Sorry did not have the time to blog on the 17/02/2009 as such had to blog now. Which here i am working, wakakaka. So here i will tell u how the day went.

the day started at 2pm, went to Novelty Costume Shop at Aliswall street to find a costume for my proposal. Went with keong, lie to baby again that i was going to find some stuff for my police project.I did not want her to know what i was doing. Sorry Baby!!

Went there to my disappointment and found that there is no Tasmania devil costume. Wanted to get the tin man costume but however the costume was in a bad shape. In the end, did not get any costume. Plan change and headache on how to propose to her. After that went to Army market to walk around before eating there. Today never really save as I had some extra savings. So we ate chicken rice before heading back to Plaza Singapura.

At Plaza Singapura, went to 4 jewellery shops which include SK jewellery, Soo Kee Jewellery, Citigems and Lee Hwa Jewellery. Of all the shops we went SK jewellery was the best offer. Lee Hwa jewellery also was good. SK was offering 0.4carat, D colour, VVS, $1700. Lee Hwa was offering like 0.28carat, D colour, VVS, $1600.

We then decided that Sk was offering better. The setting was also very nice. I really wish to get it on the spot but then again. I did not have enuff money. So the date is set. March will be the day i will be getting the ring as i need to get her ring size altered to her finger.

We then went to Times to get a scrap book. I wanted to do a book on our life that will feature some pictures and some little speeches of love from me. Those that attend our BBq chalet that will be held can see the book and the proposing. It will be the happiest day of my life.
